Right of withdrawal

As a private customer, you have 30 days to cancel your purchase from the day you receive your order.

The product must be returned complete and securely packaged. Please use the original packaging if it is still available, but this is not an absolute requirement.

You may inspect the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. If it has been used or handled more than necessary and is therefore no longer in new condition, a deduction may be made for any loss in value.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service for return instructions before sending the product back.

Custom-made, specially manufactured and personalised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
